Common questions
Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing service?
Yes — our dispatch team answers every call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not use voicemail for emergency calls. A live dispatcher picks up, assesses your situation, and sends the nearest available tech. For true emergencies we aim to arrive within the hour.
Do you provide upfront pricing before starting work?
Always. Our plumbers diagnose your issue on-site and present a flat-rate quote before touching anything. You approve the price, then we work. No surprise charges, no add-ons after the fact. If the scope changes, we communicate immediately.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Every FlowMaster plumber holds a current Texas Master Plumber or Journeyman license and is covered by our commercial general liability and workers' comp insurance. We'll show credentials on request before any work begins.
What is trenchless sewer repair and how does it work?
Trenchless repair rehabilitates or replaces your sewer line through one or two small access points instead of digging a trench the length of your yard. We either pull a new pipe through the old one (pipe bursting) or line the old pipe from inside (CIPP lining). Both methods restore full flow with minimal disruption.
